Dear customer, We are reaching out to inform you about an upcoming maintenance window affecting Cleura Public Cloud, region STO2 (Stockholm, Sweden).
General information
We will carry out maintenance in Cleura Public Cloud, region STO2 (Stockholm, Sweden).
The maintenance window starts: 2024-06-10 at 08.00 CEST.
The maintenance window ends: 2024-06-14 at 17.00 CEST.
The maintenance window is open around the clock between the start and end date.
Our maintenance will not require any customer intervention before or during the maintenance window.
Customer impact
During this maintenance window, we anticipate impact to our network as we upgrade our network nodes. This will be noticed through short network outages (from a few seconds up to 30 seconds) and re-connection of your VPN tunnels during the following time periods:
2024-06-10 at 18.00 - 22.00 CEST
2024-06-13 at 18.00 - 22.00 CEST
While we are upgrading our control nodes, there may also be some impact to our API during the following time periods:
2024-06-11 at 19.00 - 20.00 CEST
We kindly ask you not to upload images during this time period.
As with any maintenance, the actual upgrades, restarts, and patching can affect your services. Please get in touch with our support if you experience any unexpected behaviour in your environment.
Scope:
During this maintenance window in STO2, we are going to:
Upgrade the operating system of our infrastructure servers to a newer version.
Perform security patching of our infrastructure services.
