Dear customer, We are reaching out to inform you about an upcoming maintenance window affecting Cleura Public Cloud, region KNA1 (Karlskrona, Sweden).
General information
We will carry out maintenance in Cleura Public Cloud, region KNA1 (Karlskrona, Sweden).
The maintenance window starts: 2023-04-17 at 08.00 CEST.
The maintenance window ends: 2023-04-21 at 19.00 CEST.
Our maintenance will not require any customer intervention before or during the maintenance window.
Customer impact
During this maintenance window, we anticipate the overall customer impact to revolve around higher latency in our block and object storage services. Higher latency can be expected during the following hours:
2023-04-17 at 08.00 - 19.00 CEST
2023-04-18 at 08.00 - 19.00 CEST
2023-04-19 at 08.00 - 19.00 CEST
2023-04-20 at 08.00 - 19.00 CEST
2023-04-21 at 08.00 - 19.00 CEST
In addition, we anticipate impact to our network as we upgrade one network link. This will be noticed through short network outages (up to 30 seconds) during the following time period:

Scope:

Upgrade a network link.
Perform security patching of our infrastructure services.
