We are reaching out to inform you about an upcoming maintenance window affecting Cleura Public Cloud, region KNA1 (Karlskrona, Sweden).


General information

  • We will carry out maintenance in Cleura Public Cloud, region KNA1 (Karlskrona, Sweden) during week7.

  • Our maintenance will not require any customer intervention before or during the maintenance window.


  • Customer impact

  • During this maintenance window, we anticipate impact to our network gear. This will be noticed through short network outages (from a few seconds up to 30 seconds) and re-connection of your VPN tunnels during the following time period:

  • 2025-02-11 at 18.00 - 22.00 CET

  • 2025-02-12 at 18.00 - 24.00 CET


  • As with any maintenance, the actual upgrades, restarts and patching can also affect your services. Please get in touch with our support if you experience any unexpected behaviour in your environment.


  • Scope:

    During this maintenance window in KNA1, we are going to:

  • Enable new features on our network.

  • Perform security patching of our infrastructure services.
