Dear customer, We are reaching out to inform you about an upcoming maintenance window affecting Cleura Public Cloud, FRA1 (Frankfurt, Germany) and DX1 (Dubai, UAE).
General information
On April 25th, 00:00 - 06:00 (CEST) our supplier will perform maintenance on some of our network links.
Expected customer impact
During the course of the maintenance, the Cleura Cloud Management Panel (CCMP) will be inaccessible to users in our FRA1 (Frankfurt, Germany) and DX1 (Dubai, UAE) regions.
Customers that are trying to access the resources in their Cleura environment from a physical location close to our FRA1 region may experience intermittent connectivity issues. If you are located in the south or middle of Europe and experience connectivity issues during this period, this is most likely why.
