Dear Valued Customer,
Cleura would like to inform you that we have planned maintenance as scheduled below.


Customer Intervention MAY BE required.
Region/datacenter: OpenStack region TKY1 (Tokyo, Japan)

Maintenance window starts: 2023-01-09 08.00 CET
Maintenance window ends: 2023-01-13 17.00 CET

Maintenance Scope:
Throughout the maintenance window, a number of improvements will be implemented - from functionality to security alignment.

The major part of the scope is the upgrade of the Block and Object Storage service.

Our ambition is to carry out the majority of the maintenance window with little to no impact on running services.

Infrastructure services will be restarted in a controlled and timely manner in order for proper security patching.


Expected customer impact:
- From 2023-01-09 (08:00 CET) to 2023-01-10 (17:00 CET), Customers may experience higher latency toward storage during this time.
- During maintenance, object storage will be unavailable for up to 4 hours. This part of the maintenance will take place on 2023-01-11 (09:00-13:00 CET).
- After object storage has been available again, it will be needed to change the URL from "https://tky1.citycloud.com:8080/v1" to "https://swift-tky1.citycloud.com:8080/swift/v1/".
